Added Guild in Greenwood, added quest for Penny

Added a new building interior, this will be the Guild Hall. A location that will be in most villages/towns. A place to spar and level up as well as get small side quests.
Added to the story when you complete the 1st Quest to recruit Rafka you get a quest to find and recruit Penny.
